VinFast introduces VF 6 and VF 7 at LA Auto Show 2022

Specifications, interior and exterior details of two electric SUV models in segments B and C were introduced by VinFast at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2022, on November 18.

The exterior of VF 6 and VF 7 was created by VinFast in collaboration with famous design firm Torino Design. VF 7 belongs to the C-segment segment, which is highly appreciated by the interior design company for driving experience and modern technology.

Exterior design VF 6 belongs to the B-segment.

The low-swept roof of the car is sporty, the rear is bold, the highlight is the bird-shaped LED lights. The front light cluster bears the signature VinFast signature, the unique LED light effect creates a modern look.

VF 6 is more compact, belongs to the B segment for the group of customers who often move to urban areas every day. Similar to the VF 7, the VF 6 has the recognizable characteristics of the Vietnamese automaker. The interior is geared towards technology through a large central entertainment screen.

The vehicle has dimensions of length, width and height, respectively, 4,238 x 1,820 x 1,594 (mm). The wheelbase is 2,730 mm. Meanwhile, the VF 7 has dimensions respectively 4,545 x 1,890 x 1,635 (mm) and a wheelbase of 2,840 mm.

The front of the car has a highlight bearing the characteristics of VinFast.

Depending on the battery pack, the versions of the VF 6 and VF 7 have different power parameters. In particular, VF 6 has a capacity of 174 horsepower, 250 Nm of torque, front-wheel drive. VF 6 Plus and VF 7 have the same parameters: 201 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque, and front-wheel drive. Particularly VF 7 Plus is more powerful, with 349 hp and 500 Nm of traction, 4-wheel drive system.

On the VF 6, the felt interior combines eco-friendly leather materials, while the VF 6 Plus uses all-leather. The VF 7 uses all felt and the VF 7 Plus is covered with high-quality leather. The panoramic sunroof is available on two high-end versions of the two models.

The Los Angeles Auto Show is open to the public from November 18-28. Besides VF 6 and VF 7, VinFast also organizes a hands-on experience with the VF 8 model - the car also launched in the US in 2021.
